If you are unhappy with our service or experience, you can email your complaint to complaints@gotyme.co.za or call our Customer Care department at 0860 999 119 to have it recorded directly.
If you believe you’ve been a victim of fraud, contact us immediately on 0860 999 119 to block your bank account, card or banking profile. Immediately change your PIN if you believe this information has been shared with a scammer. This can be done via the app.
The NFO is an independent body that helps customers and financial service providers reach fair solutions.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may escalate it to the NFO, free of charge, within three (3) years of the event that gave rise to your complaint.
