When you participate in any competition offered, survey conducted, or provide feedback in respect of any of our products or services (on our website or other owned platforms), you grant GoTyme Bank Limited (including its divisions and affiliates) a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and share the information and content you provide in any format, for the purposes of pursuing our legitimate business interests. You also thereby consent to receiving advertising and promotional material from us and that we may deem relevant and appropriate for you, but you may at any time ask us to stop sending you advertising or promotional material.
You warrant that you own or control all rights to any content, photographs, videos or images submitted, and that such materials do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoTyme Bank from any claims, damages or losses arising from your breach of this warranty.
You warrant that all information submitted is true, accurate, complete and not misleading.
We reserve the right to verify eligibility (including identity, age and business ownership) and to disqualify any participant for non-compliance, fraud, tampering or submission of false or misleading information.
We are under no obligation to use or display any content or feedback submitted.
Any personal information provided will be collected, processed and stored in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and applicable laws, and may be shared with third parties solely for campaign administration purposes.
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend any competition, survey, or these terms at any time without prior notice, and without liability to participants.
All competition winners will be notified accordingly. If any chosen winner does not respond within two weeks, an alternative winner may be selected.
All disputes will be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
