  • Visit a GoTyme Bank Customer Hub or kiosk at TFG or Boxer stores, where our helpful Ambassador is on hand to assist. 
  • Login as an existing customer and  verify yourself. 
  • You will need your ID number, finger print and phone (to receive the OTP) to authenticate yourself.
  • Choose the option to collect a new card. 
  • Instantly print your new GoTyme Bank card. 
  • Please note that there will be a R100 card replacement fee if your card has not reached its expiry date.
