Your money can reach the recipient in seconds with GoTyme Bank’s Instant Payments via PayShap. Pay using an account number or cellphone number, and see who you're paying before you send, for extra peace of mind.
Instant Payments are available for amounts of up to R50,000. They're FREE up to R5,000, with a simple flat fee of R7 for Instant Payments above R5,000.
If you don't need to make an Instant Payment then standard, non-Instant payments are always FREE, with a higher limit of up to R500,000.
PayShap is switched on automatically when you use GoTyme Bank’s Instant Payments. Your ShapID is simply your cellphone number linked to GoTyme Bank. There's nothing you need to set up.

Who can you request money from?
While using the GoTyme Bank app, you can send and receive Payment Requests with customers at African Bank, Capitec, FNB, Nedbank and Standard Bank.
