Beware of fake banking apps

Fraudsters are sending fake GoTyme Bank download links and offering to help customers switch from the old TymeBank app. These downloads may contain malicious software that gives criminals control of your phone.

Do not install an app from a link received by SMS, WhatsApp, email or social media. Download the GoTyme Bank app only from the official Apple App Store, Google Play Store or AppGallery.

GoTyme Bank will never ask for your PIN, password or OTP, or ask you to install remote-access software.
